Knowingly make a false statement of material fact in connection with a bar admission application.

It applies to both the applicant AND any lawyer making statements in connection with another person's bar admission or disciplinary matter.

A duty not to fail to disclose a fact necessary to correct a known misapprehension, and not to knowingly fail to respond to a lawful demand for information.

It does not require disclosure of information otherwise protected by Rule 1.6 (confidentiality) or by a proper claim of the privilege against self-incrimination.

Yes. Once admitted, a lawyer may be disciplined for false statements or omissions made during the prior bar application process.
