Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using NoReread (“the Platform”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be 13 years or older to use the Platform.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Programs: A program purchase is a one-time payment that grants your account a lifetime license to study that program’s content on the Platform. It is a personal, non-transferable license — not ownership of the content.

All-Access: The All-Access subscription grants access to every catalog program while active. It renews automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. Programs you purchased individually are unaffected by subscription status.

Refunds: Program purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase; refunds revoke access to the refunded program. Code redemptions and free acquisitions are not eligible. After 7 days, refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support. Subscription payments are refundable where required by law.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

4. Catalog Content & Exam Information

All catalog programs are authored and owned by NoReread and licensed to you for personal study only. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, bulk-export, or republish catalog content.

Exam names are trademarks of their respective owners. NoReread is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any exam body. Exam details we publish (fees, formats, blueprints, policies) change over time and are provided as is — always confirm with the official source before registering or relying on them.

5. Your Content & Imports

Decks you create or import remain yours and stay private to your account. You are responsible for ensuring content you import (e.g. CSV, Quizlet, or Anki exports) does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.

6. Redeem Codes

Access codes may be issued (e.g. through partnerships). Deactivating a code prevents new redemptions but does not affect past redemptions.

7. Data & Records

Purchase, redemption, and audit records are immutable and permanently retained for transparency and dispute resolution.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: automate purchases or redemptions, create fraudulent accounts, circumvent access controls, share accounts to circumvent purchases, resell access, abuse the API beyond documented limits, or reverse-engineer the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Studying with NoReread does not guarantee any exam result. We are not liable for loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
