JLPT N1
Keep the vocabulary you've built.
Ready-made practice for the JLPT N1. Build recall one short session at a time — no decks to build before you begin.
Flashcards are a memory tool. Learn the material first, then use NoReread to retain it and refresh what you already know. It doesn't replace studying the subject.
Cards are created from publicly available sources and may contain errors. Check anything you rely on against your official materials.

Start free and study a few minutes a day. $9.99 once, and these 2,399 cards are yours for life.
JLPT N1 flashcards — 2,399 cards in 12 decks: 956 N1 kanji in three frequency bands, 1,002 vocabulary cards (900 words with kana readings plus reverse meaning-to-word cards), 199 grammar patterns with original example sentences, and reading and listening skills decks. No official N1 vocabulary, kanji or grammar list has existed since 2010, so item coverage is built from publicly available sources such as the pre-2010 JLPT Test Content Specifications Level 1 kanji list (via KANJIDIC2), Jonathan Waller's JLPT Resources N1 vocabulary list, JMdict, and the JLPT's own level summary, N1 item-type descriptions and sample questions. Cards are a memory-retention aid, not a substitute for study — check details against the official materials.
