Age 45 (Grade A 50–75; Grade B 45–49). Options: colonoscopy q10y, FIT annually, FIT-DNA q1–3y, or flexible sigmoidoscopy q5y.

Mammography every 2 years for women aged 40–74 (2024 update lowered start to 40).

Ages 21–29: Pap cytology q3y. Ages 30–65: cytology q3y, OR high-risk HPV testing q5y, OR co-testing q5y.

Annual low-dose CT (LDCT) for adults 50–80 with a 20 pack-year history who currently smoke or quit within 15 years.

Ages 55–69: individualized shared decision-making about PSA testing (Grade C). Age 70+: do not screen (Grade D).
